中华人民共和国出境条例的全称是：

中华人民共和国出境入境边防检查条例

英文译文：Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Frontier Inspection of Exit from or Entry Into the Country

还有一个出境入境管理法：

中华人民共和国公民出境入境管理法

英文译文：Law of the People's Republic of China on the Control of the Exit and Entry of Citizens.

Regulations你可以改成 RULES 或者BYELAW.

Abroading 我不是很清楚能不能用 因为abroad是副词 所以似乎不能添加ING

觉得不像英文是因为thru这个词吧。这个词虽然字典上有，可是确实是个简写~~Going through frontier formalities，这样像了么? 西
