我想学火影忍者的某个主题曲第一句是“we are frighting dreamers”谁能告诉我怎么发音啊？

这是发音。

不过你需要注意的是日文里面R发音是和汉语拼音的L。
比如RA发音应该为LA。RI--LI RE--LE以此类推。

另：一些ha要发wa的音。总之有了罗马音再多听听模仿日语歌很容易啦。
